KUALA LUMPUR, 14 Ogos - Dr. Puvaneswaran a/l Kunasekaran, Ketua Laboratori Gerontologi Sosial, Institut Penyelidikan Penuaan Malaysia telah membuat pembentangan Promoting Healthy and Active Ageing- The Support and Role of the Government, Local Authorities, Family, Community, NGOs, Civil Society and the Private Sector di Perbincangan Meja Bulat bertajuk Malaysia as an Ageing Nation- Challenges and Way Forward. Perbincangan ini dihadiri oleh Persatuan Alumni Pegawai Tadbir dan Diplomatik.

Selain itu juga , turut dijemput Panel jemputan En. Chua Choon Hwa, Timbalan Ketua Setiausaha, Kementerian Pembangunan Wanita, Keluarga dan Masyarakat serta En. Cheah Tuck Wing, Persiden, Third Age Media Association (TAMA).
