Elderly Day Care Centre (MyAgeingCares)

MyAgeingCares is a laboratory set up to conduct day care model research for seniors and offers day care services to translate research results to the community. MyAgeingCares was created as an alternative to ease the burden of children or caregivers on seniors so they can work, relax, and focus on themselves. 

MyAgeingCares has been equipped with appropriate furniture and equipment and has facilities such as activity room, dining room, lounge, pantry, consultation room and bathroom. This laboratory can accommodate a capacity of seniors up to 25 people (maximum) at one time. 

The activities are designed as appropriate to promote active, healthy, productive, positive and supportive ageing. Among the activities carried out include various dimensions such as health, social, religious, financial, intergenerational, technology, hobbies and finance. For more information, please contact our operator of MyAgeingCares, Tn. Our facilities provide companionship, activities and meals & drinks throughout the day. Our caregivers will also ensure they receive assistance and the necessary supervision while in our care. We also provide add-on assistance like showering and physiotherapy.

Our Occupational Therapist has designed exercises for the mind & body to keep them active or they can enjoy the space to just relax in a safe environment.

• Arts & Crafts, Board Games, and etc.
