SHAH ALAM, 30 July - The National Population and Family Development Board (LPPKN) and UNFPA Malaysia, together with the Selangor State Government and the Economic Planning Unit have organized a one-day Selangor State Population Seminar 2024 (SKNS2024) in conjunction with World Population Day. Officiated by YB Anfaal Saari, Member of the Selangor State Legislative Assembly who is responsible for the portfolio of Women, Family Empowerment, Social Welfare and Care Economy, the seminar highlighted the population age-sex structure changes in the most populous state. Mr. Chai Sen Tyng, Research Officer, presented a poster on “50 Years of Population Ageing in Selangor.”
