DENGKIL, Jan 19 – A total of 19 MyAgeing™ staff and 2 graduate students attended a visit to Yayasan Al-Jenderami (YAJ) organized by the Aged Care Experimental Unit (ACE), MyAgeing™. The management of YAJ led by Tn. Mr. Zainuddin bin Abd Manaf welcomed the participants.

Participants were taken on a tour around the YAJ area and Senior Citizens Complex and were given a brief explanation about YAJ. In the discussion, both parties were able to establish collaboration to improve the quality of elderly care services.
Meanwhile, Yayasan Al-Jenderami was established in 2003 as a Non-Governmental Body (NGO). It is an instrument for Madrasah Al Jenderami to carry out activities more neatly and effectively whose function includes obtaining the main needs to collect, maintain and generate funds for various religious, educational, social and cultural activities, especially for the Ummah and society in general.
YAJ carries out various activities including Social Welfare Development and Human Resources where a Religious Studies Program for the elderly/seniors has been established which is called the Lifelong Study Center for Mothers, Fathers or the Elderly (PPSPHIA). This center houses a total of 138 people.
